SARAH JONES PTSC – STRENGTH & CONDITIONING FOR JUDO SEMINAR

Sarah has 10 years experience of working with a number judokas to improve their strength & conditioning to aid their performance. During this workshop Sarah will take players through a range of judo-specific body weight exercises that are designed to challenge the strength, grip & core control of the participants.
This is a great workshop for both coaches and players who will be able to transfer these exercises from the workshop to their dojo.
Kit List: Shorts, T-shirt, Judo Jacket & Belt.
